Booked via AirportRentals with full protection, but later found it was reimbursement-based, requiring upfront payment. I cancelled it and added full protection directly with EZU instead.

The car was not good condition. - there is some noise around rear suspention and needed check. I didnot get my deposit for rent car - Please check and let me know when can I get my deposit.

The only good part about this was the fact that I was able to do pre-check in post my arrival in Auckland, I sent every details through email, so I just needed to pick up the key.

customers decide either pay the fine themselves or you guys do that for them and charge them admin fee while the car is still under leasing period. The admin fee should not be Compulsory

Car mostly great. Infotainment interface was poor. My biggest complaint: I returned the car a month early, and was flatly told, "No refund." Ouch. I won't use your company again, or recommend you.

Car was ok, very old, chinese or japanese menus on the displays. Car had no windscreen washer fluid, so I had to add water myself. It was ok, but hardly a notable experience.

My car had faulty headlights that flickered and the failed after a short amount of use. That's a serious safety issue - it should have been picked up prior to supplying it to me.

Pick up was very smooth the stereo linked to the phone fine, but it didn't show navigation maps. Frustrating. Shuttle back was delayed - I think we got forgotten as it happened as soon as I prompted.

Warning "gearbox failure put car in park" Suggest you call me as I am not impressed.

Happy with the service, affordable, clean and very helpful.

Advertisement was catchy ,Change the yearmodel as it is not 2009-2014 ,camera at the back was taped ,wheels are too old .front lights does not work properly .The receptionist at pick up was rude!

I chose different car, but was given NISSAN NOTE i didn’t like the car and i didn’t feel safe while driving that car when questioned answer was only that’s available and car was not cleaned

The battery was almost at the end of its life and we had to jump start the car four times over the two weeks. Once it sat for more than four hours it would not start.

Adding to my previous review, for a 'new' car, 116,000 kms unfortunately does not come close to it!

As a tourist you would expect a navigation system as part of a standard feature of the vehicle.

Happy young lady picked me up took me to office the chap went out of his way to make sure I hadn't paid extra insurance since Id booked with economy.com couldn't do enough for me. I'm not complaining.

EZU staff named Fredericko is having attitude problem and very rude.He waited us over 45 mins to handover car purposely and charged extra money for after hours payment.Car brakes are very bad

Very dissapointed with the vehicle we were given, we were not expecting to pay $3k for an old vehicle with 300,000 klms on it. Bad advertising, we will not hire from this company again.
