Collection service was fine, but the car was old & tired. The windscreen wipers were dreadful, the interior smelt & windows needed to be left open for the first 10 minutes and the brakes were soft.

My plane was delayed and arrived at the rental desk at 5;45pm. The booking process took me past 6pm and was charges a After-hours charge $50.00. The total was $617.00 for a 6 day rental

Easy after-hours pick up, great car for our holiday. Drop off was very smooth, and the airport shuttle leaves on demand, so we had no concerns about missing the shuttle.

I forgot to report that we could not get one of the rear seats to lock in place. It may be broken. The staff of EZU were uniformly helpful and friendly. Service was fast and efficient.

The car is relatively new and of recent model. A monitor covered the dashboard but unable to connect for navigation. It’s a waste of space. The return process was fast and efficient.
