Pick up was very smooth the stereo linked to the phone fine, but it didn't show navigation maps. Frustrating. Shuttle back was delayed - I think we got forgotten as it happened as soon as I prompted.

Warning "gearbox failure put car in park" Suggest you call me as I am not impressed.

Advertisement was catchy ,Change the yearmodel as it is not 2009-2014 ,camera at the back was taped ,wheels are too old .front lights does not work properly .The receptionist at pick up was rude!

I chose different car, but was given NISSAN NOTE i didn’t like the car and i didn’t feel safe while driving that car when questioned answer was only that’s available and car was not cleaned

The battery was almost at the end of its life and we had to jump start the car four times over the two weeks. Once it sat for more than four hours it would not start.

Adding to my previous review, for a 'new' car, 116,000 kms unfortunately does not come close to it!

As a tourist you would expect a navigation system as part of a standard feature of the vehicle.

Happy young lady picked me up took me to office the chap went out of his way to make sure I hadn't paid extra insurance since Id booked with economy.com couldn't do enough for me. I'm not complaining.

EZU staff named Fredericko is having attitude problem and very rude.He waited us over 45 mins to handover car purposely and charged extra money for after hours payment.Car brakes are very bad

Very dissapointed with the vehicle we were given, we were not expecting to pay $3k for an old vehicle with 300,000 klms on it. Bad advertising, we will not hire from this company again.

车辆太旧了，且有异味。 后面去看了类似车型，卫生看起来堪忧。没法挑到一辆适合的车。我只想要一辆座位不脏，没有异味的车。 最后挑了三辆决定取消租车。你们跟我想选择的有差距。只是看了一眼车，店家告知我押金以及保险费用不能退，这不合理。 可以先验车再办理手续。 我没有使用过的保险和押金不退还，我觉得这个非常的不合理。我无法信任这样的公司。我会在携程App上提醒大家，租车一定要注意并避免纠纷为旅途带来麻烦

Booked 8-seater, got a 7. Had to return to swap. Car rattled, smelled, & had no wiper fluid or water. Unfriendly EZU staff. Husband waited 40 mins for an 8-min airport shuttle. Would not recommend.

Bad, 50 min shuttle wait on arrival, 35 minute wait on return. I ended up taking an UBER at $28 and still arrived to a closed flight.

I got told there was a stone chip and might have to pay up to $1500, and would send the invoice through my email. However I got charged without any notice. It gave me the feeling like I was scammed.

Fantastic car! Plenty of room for three passengers and travelled all over coromandel. Only fuelled once otherwise ran on battery. Highly recommend this hire car company

Happy mostly, the car wasn't clean inside and out it wasn't bad but not clean. A better after hours drop box would be good

Return car Sunday 14 June now Friday morning the 19 June still waiting for me hold deposit to be returned
