FEEL THE JOY OF TRAVEL

The deposit for the rental car hasn't been transfered back to my credit card though I brought back the car already 10 days ago! The car was ok and I was told the money would be paid back immidiately

Generally good service but car was handed over to us with a failed headlight which we did not realise until too far from the depot to return for attention.

Car had over 200,000km, seats were sunk in and driving experience was poor, windshield was dirty inside.

I reported a windscreen chip during the journey and asked for advice but received no response When I contacted them I again for the final invoice received no response

Very old car 170000 kms and vibrating a lot. Agent neither provided an alternative vehicle nor was also unable to confirm if the rental contract had TPL coverage. airport pickup took long, 30 minutes.

I was very disappointed on arrival to Christchurch Airport where flight was delayed by 30 minutes to 6.10pm to be told by that I would have to pay an additional $50.00 because it was after 6.00pm.

Clean reliable vehicle, pleasant friendly staff

Our tour canceled and we needed a last minute car. Pricing can fluctuate, but over $500/d for a compact felt excessive. I felt taken advantage of given the circumstances/ limited availability.

車輛乾淨，但是雨刷有點刷不乾淨，服務人員都是中國人，對於講中文的我們來說非常友善，有任何要求提出後也可以馬上反應，有一個缺點是電話很難打通，經由第三方租車網租車，對於搭乘接駁車的地方描述得非常不清楚。但是到達租車公司後，人員都很友善，歸還車輛時已經超出接駁車最後的時間了，但是人員還是很熱心的將我們載到機場飯店。還是給予推薦。

The car is very crappy and the pickup place is too far away from the terminal, even we called the shuttle bus it cost us more than 30 minutes before we decided to take a taxi to the pickup offfice.

I would like to know why you return my deposit partiatly

We were extremely dissatisfied with the condition and safety of the cars provided. Both vehicles had over 200,000 km, which is unacceptable for rental cars.

Car windows were very dirty- mould growing on boot door opening- car stunk of smoke,,brakes were grinding when braking, not expecting to hire a Japanese import so the advertising was misleading

The car as advertised was a current model, what we received was an old car, in rental terms, there was not 1 panel that was not, scratched or marked. Car worked apart from reverse screen, staff for ok

Was given the car with bald front tyres. You then tried to charge us for a small crack in windscreen that stemed from an existing chip. Of which there where multiple

Unfortunetly on arrival there was no one to meet us and after spending a night at Novotel we were informed the car was at another hotel but we were never informed of the pick up

Your Staff was rude and unhelpful. She didn't even had knowledge about car and their road worthy conditions. One of car tyre had no threads on it.This was very dangerous and unsafe act.

We were given a car with a damaged tyre. Photos from pickup show it already deflated. We later had to change it due to a screw, yet were charged $500 for one Toyota Aqua tyre, which is unreasonable.
