FEEL THE JOY OF TRAVEL

Petrol tank was 3 quarters full. Tires were below minimum tread. Having a $1000 hold on my credit card even though i had paid full insurance was also poor. Would never use ezu or car jet again

The battery is not good enough to start the car in Queenstown, i need go to your branch to change the battery for my journey. Waste my time.

I booked through "discovety car" with "a full insurance". yet in the end while returning the car, "EZU" took $700 out of my $1000 deposit for insurance again.

Booked 8 seater van + roof racks; received no roof racks, 6 seater. Pickup & dropoff was chaos Only positive was staff (Asian girl with glasses working at the Queenstown on Sat Jul 26 and Sat Aug 9)

The vehicle did not display a current registration, windscreen was noted at pick-up The remote key was unreliable the handbrake/footbrake system was faulty and didn’t hold the car securely when parked

The car smelt - I think this was because the interior was wet

I have emailed you my issue. I hired a large 7 seater prado and got a 5 seater jeep instead. We had to catch ubers with 6 passengers and didnt have enough room for luggage. Please organise a refund

Our overall experience was positive, with the only issue being the return process. We were told we would be notified if no staff were available, but this did not happen plus the fee wasn't refunded.

We rented an alphard WITH a roof rack. On arrival were told that a roof rack couldn't be fitted to a Alphard The driver side demister didn't work The kerb side sliding door was difficult to open/close

It was all OK, only the electric connection in the car was defect.

I was very disappointed as the vehicle was 11 years old and travelled 231,000klms. And had heaps of squeaks and rattles

The car was working well. Very good price. Friendly staff. When you aren't at the office it would be helfpul when there is a sign which says when you're going to return.

the staff didn’t even know how to fit a car seat. The car seats were disgustingly dirty, cheap and unsafe. The car we hired was dirty and smelt like cigarettes. Will not be using Ezu again.

The car was excellent and the staff were lovely and very helpful.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Everything about this hire went well. I am super impressed. The after hours pick up went smoothly. The company was responsive to all my messages and the car was in clean condition.

DONT BOTHER WITH EZU, BUNCH OF LOW CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE WHO CANT PICK YOU UP FROM AIRPORT 15mins BEFORE THEY CLOSE. Never using EZU RIP OFF RENTALS again. GOOD LUCK GOD BLESS AMEN TO YOUR BUSINESS
