It’s really thoughtful that offer free shuttle bus to the airport. At the end of our, we asked for extension, they kindly helped us. It’s a wonderful experience. Hope to see you again soon!

Overall Car was good besides a couple of things which was minor,customer service was excellent ,as will hire a car again in the future.

The car performed well during the long drive with 7 of us. Given its age, it speaks a lot about how the guys have looked after maintenance, thus giving us peace of mind enjoying our trip.

We have used EZU atleast 5 times, always use them as they are very efficient with their service amd always very reliable. Our car was perfect for our holiday, fuel efficient, clean and tidy.

Car went really well, my only concern was the manual for the car was in Japanese, so was no use to me.
